Sponsorship Opportunity

The Cookbook format is based on a proven formula refined by a number of leading schools in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch in the last 3-4 years.
Produced in the style of modern Cookbooks, MESH will be a wonderfully designed, eclectic collection of recipes from the schools’ communities.
It will be a wonderful opportunity for your organisation to support this fundraising project and we cordially invite you to consider sponsorship.

Sales and Marketing
It is proposed to produce 7,000 copies of the Cookbook for release in September 2010. The books are expected to sell for $39.95.

Distribution will include the parent communities of the schools, old boys and old girls, staff, grandparents and their extended families, friends and associates. Readership will be extensive and the publication is expected to adorn many a home and office for a long time.

Sponsorship Offer
Sponsorship is being sought at the following levels:

2 Key Sponsors at $20,000 each
8 Silver Sponsors at $2,500 each
30 Bronze Sponsors at $500 each

Gold Sponsors will be offered:
• The inside double page of front or back cover
• Company logo to be featured on each page
• Sponsorship highlighted at launch party
• Logo featured on all promotional material
• Invitation to the launch party
• Free cookbook
• Advertising on one side of the MESH bookmark.

Silver sponsors will have:
• A single full-page advertisement in the Cookbook plus recognition in the sponsorship acknowledgement pages.

Bronze sponsors will have:
• Company logo in the sponsorship acknowledgement pages of the cookbook.

Sponsorship will not be sought or accepted from organisations in or aligned to the tobacco or sex industries.
Sponsorship does not guarantee exclusivity but if sponsorship is to be sought from competing entities sponsors will be made aware of this fact.

Payment
Thirty percent (30%) of sponsorship money is required upon signing of this agreement. The balance needs to be paid by 1 July 2010.

Derogation Clause
If for any reason the Cookbook is not published there will be no responsibility on the Schools to fulfil this Agreement and the Sponsors will not be liable for any financial commitment relating to this Agreement. Any deposits paid will be refunded in full.
