Medbury operates a very broad cross-curriculum so to give every boy the opportunity of finding his niche. Competition is balanced and high expectations and standards are set within the bounds of clear rules and routines. Medbury encourages and rewards success born of attitude and effort. Success develops self-concepts of confidence, competence, contribution, character and connectedness.
Medbury has a roll of approximately 300 boys and class sizes are limited to a maximum of 25 pupils. The School operates a specialist teaching system where specific teachers teach dedicated subjects. This system enables a wider group of teachers to be actively involved in the education of each boy and importantly, it provides for a broader view of the child’s performance and well-being. Such individual attention and focus enables the School to cater to each boy's specific needs, both extension and support. |
