Head of Science
Innovation and success have a starting point, and Medbury School is seeking an outstanding educator to lead Science across the School to inspire the next generation. We want our boys to become curious, capable and confident learners who ask thoughtful questions, think critically, test ideas, solve problems and make sense of the world around them.
As a boys’ preparatory school, we have a unique opportunity to build strong foundations in Science and STEM while ensuring our senior boys are well prepared for the opportunities and expectations at secondary education.
The successful applicant will lead the development and delivery of a coherent, engaging and future-focused Science programme across the School while teaching specialist Science across Years 5–8. The role would suit an experienced Science specialist, a current or aspiring Head of Department, or a highly capable teacher with strong expertise and the vision to shape the future direction of Science in a primary and preparatory school environment.
